About Me

I’ve always had an interest in photography starting with my parents’ old Kodak camera. That was in a time where you had to actually go into a shop and have your 36-shot roll of film developed before you can see whether your shots turned out great or not.

Since then I’ve gone through a Casio Exilim camera (retired) to a Sony DSC T100 camera (still with me). Less than a year ago, I took the plunge and committed to a Canon DSLR EOS 1000D. It’s an entry level digital SLR camera but a good enough kit to accompany me in this exploration.

So, these are experiments from a ‘newbie’ shutterbug.

Welcome.
